This place is AMAZING. It’s has a very relaxed vibe. Sharing plates and tables ( Small tables were available) You need to check ahead for opening times as it changes throughout the seasons. We couldn’t book, but again that changes depending on when you go. It’s a small plate sharing menu of locally sourced , seasonal food. Cooked in front of you by very chilled chefs. The staff were lovely, and genuinely looked happy to be there. The food was exceptional!! You could taste every single ingredient. The mussels were so fresh! The Focaccia was warm and oily( as it should be) but for us it was the squash, kale and Cornish feta that was the WOW! Cornish feta needs to be tried by EVERYONE. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Well done.

Got there pretty early on their last day of service for the summer and glad I did as this place does fill up! We had an absolutely delicious selection of Cornish seafood. Shout out to the whole turbot head - if you enjoy eating nose to tail (or, mouth to tail) this is the sort of dish that keeps on giving. Incredibly flavoursome and deceivingly large portion. Half Lobster with garlic butter, monkfish with curry mayo, cod’s roe on sourdough and lobster fritters all excellent. We didn’t feel the need for sides but had a tasty hispi cabbage and some sourdough to mop up all the good stuff. Lovely open kitchen and buzzy atmosphere. Dog friendly. Will definitely return if in the area again. Best place I ate at in Cornwall!

We have returned here time and time again, this time being lucky enough to visit them for dinner. The food was incredible, fresh and simple - exactly what you expect from a team that clearly knows good food. You can tell there is so much love put into this restaurant from friendly, hardworking staff. I was compelled to write this review after reading a number of reviews from people who clearly do not understand the concept or the quality of food on offer. Do not let it put you off! We can’t wait to visit again!

Restaurant with great atmosphere located on the Fowey seafront. Excellent fresh seafood along with other options. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Popular with locals and tourists so can get quite busy! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

12/10 seafood! We came back to Fowey on our way back to London just to try this place and it was so worth it - we had come during the week but it was 3pm and they had run out of seafood so would recommend coming early! Highlight was the cod w/ potatoes and the daily special of smoked crab on toast - recommend ordering 4 different dishes and sharing between 2 if you’re hungry. Excellent service too :)
